Sheri sold her first book in 1998, with an October 1999 release date. She credits much of her success to hard work, determination and her critique partners. Crystal Green made her first sale in January 2000 and Judy Duarte sold her first book the following year. Although they still write romance novels, the trio has branched into other genres. Sheri added erotica to her resume, Crystal creates noir fantasy mysteries, and Judy pens inspirational women’s fiction.

Sheri, Crystal and Judy have been editing and critiquing each other’s work since 1997. They exchange massive amounts of pages through e-mails and consider their dedication to each other’s careers a labor of love. They attend conferences, socializing with the publishing world and visiting cities all over the United States. Early in their careers, they conducted workshops together, helping other authors understand the dynamics and emotional challenges of a successful critique group.
